In the following data protection statement, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website. If you contact us, either via our contact form on our website or by email, the data you send us will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry or in case of further follow-up questions. Your transmitted data will not be passed on without your consent.

Data storage:
Within the framework of facilitating the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP address of the connection owner is stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name, address, credit card data, payment data, VAT identification number, company registration number.
The following data is also stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: Name, address, email address, telephone number, age, position.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data. The data collected is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under tax law. If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. Should a contract be concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period required by tax law (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
